Sweet video man. There was some great info. With the shirt off it's easier to see how a muscle works and get a good idea of the muscles you can't see and how they work or don't work.

@13:20 yes I have seen a many saying that they have found the holy grail of an exercise. As a trainer I just keep clients motivated and enjoyable adding variations to the mix. Great vid keep them coming.

Thanks for reiterating that you don't have go too heavy on side raises with dumbbells. I use 15-20lbs, and that's all.

I study just about all of your videos because do not want to be super big but but keep a nice physique I think your videos have been working well for me I try to order as much of your gear as possible because I like the logo just lift and that is the key of building muscles thanks for your motivation
