David Moyes has won 24 of the last 72 prem league games, and these clowns defend David Moyes like he is some kind of football genius. I doubt any other prem club would allow the charlatan that is David Moyes to remain in his job with those shocking stats. That is relegation form, all this having spent £350+ mil on transfers. If that ain’t bad enough we have a squad of 14 players with an average age of 30+.

This is a man that has the best youth team in the country and yet has used his superb teenagers for under 90 mins over the course of the whole season (combined). This is a man that has won one trophy in over 1000 games as a manager despite managing Man Utd, Everton and West Ham - a huge club and arguably two very decent sized clubs behind that. That one trophy was a trophy that didn’t exist to mid-table clubs across Europe just 3 years ago. It’s effectively the Anglo-Italian Cup reinvented. This is a man who’s team beat one mid-table Italian side in a final where we were outplayed, beat part-time farmers in earlier rounds and is a trophy Aston Villa will stroll, aswell as finishing 4th or 5th in the league this year - this man nearly had us relegated last season. This is a man that has spent an unprecedented close to 500 million quid and still has the smallest and second oldest squad in the league - two facts that ultimately destroyed any hope of winning yesterday tie. That is all on him. This is the man that insisted on only signing Kalvin Phillips during the last transfer window, despite being offered scores of players to improve the squad. This is a man who couldn’t get a tune out of players like Scamacca, Haller, Anderson, Fornals and continues to ostracize those that he no longer fancies. This is a man who never has more possession of a football than any other team either at home or away, despite having 2 arguably borderline world class talents in Paqueta and Kudus in the side - add to that Alvarez and Bowen and we should be taking games to sides as proven in the first 45 mins v Leverkusen last week. All of those players get into Levekusen’s side and would be afforded the opportunity to do what they’re best at doing under a progressive Manager. This is a man who apparently saved us from relegation twice (3 times if you include last years when he was manager) despite replacing Bilic in November and accruing one more point in the same amount of games as Pellegrini did when he was sacked. This is a man who thankfully only has 4 weeks left in his job. Supporting West Ham is about entertaining the fans for those of us over the age of 35. The only entertainment this man comes close to is being a prized clown. The summer cannot come quickly enough. Which other PL clubs will he get a job at and who’d even want him? Not one that’s as big as West Ham that is a fact. Moyes Out.

He’s had the biggest budget in his career (450m) and 4.5 years to build his team (way above average) In that time he’s built the 2nd oldest and smallest squad in the league, plays rubbish football with talented players and doesn’t even get amazing results. Brighton, Villa and Newcastle have achieved more with the same money and way less time. It’s because he’s British that the media are so biased towards him and yet they struggle to name another premier league club that would take him. I’d like to thank David for delivering a trophy but enough is enough.

Qualifying from the Premiership for the Conference League two years running was an achievement of the middle rank, and no more so was winning it against teams with a combined value less than the West Ham squad. Moyes stated he was waiting till the end of the season to decide if he is going to sign, as a business owner I would absolutely be out there talking to potential replacements, who would wait until July then try and scramble around for a manager? The reality is Moyes has done what he can, but his limits are being exposed in the premier league, he has one way of playing regardless of the opposition and we are seeing more and more you need to be able to offer more than that from the younger managerial talent coming through.

David Moyes,s contract is up. He probably got offered a new contract but with different terms and conditions. He won't agree to those new terms we all know that he will walk away. Tim Steidten will be running the player recruitment side, and West Ham will employ a first team coach to oversee players and playing strategies for the long-term, be it with the next coach or ones after that. We will have a strategy and philosophy, an identity.

His reference from West Ham should state that he has 'under achieved' and at times, his football is the worst I have seen in my lifetime... I’ve been sat on the fence regarding Moyes. I’m not a season ticket holder but have plenty of empathy with the paying fan’s bored with his style of play and I finally think it’s time we changed. My only concern is who comes in next and will the club move further forward or end up in the Championship. Let’s hope it’s the former.🙏
