Ridiculous - Home advantage is home advantage, every team has 19 games at home 19 chances to use a towel, it's up to you if you use it or not. All it does is take a tactic off a team and kill a particular type of sequence of play. What if the cone for multiball is 2ft further away from the touch line at some grounds and takes half a second longer to fetch the ball - how far do you go. 1st thing is give a player 10 seconds to take a throw or lose the throw-in to the other team. problem solved. Same with substitutions - You have 10 seconds to leave the pitch OR the incoming player has to wait until the next break in play - time wasting at subs problem solved. Apply common sense and punishment you'll soon cure stupid exploitative problems. Footballers are cheats if they're winning and snides if they're losing - punishment = deterant - not hard really is it

Multi - ball is a nonsense. Just one match ball serves both sides equally. Time wasting is a part of the game long may it continue.
