Master Simon Rhee is a 7th Degree Black-belt in Taekwondo, 4th degree black-belt in Hapkido and one of the most familiar faces in movie Stunts (Stuntman and Stunt Coordinator).
He worked in a lot of movies such as Dark Knight, Inception, Lethal Weapon 4 or even Double Impact, to name just a few.

Best of the Best changed my life as a kid in the 80s, I was 7 years old and my mom’s boyfriend wanted to go see a movie so I went, it was Best of the Best, from that moment I was hooked to the beauty of traditional Tae Kwon Do 🥋

Thankful for KZfaq for interviews like this. Nostalgia. He was hardcore in best of the best. I never knew him and Tommy (Phillip) were brothers.

Best of the Best changed my martial arts carrier, i swiched from kyokushin to Taekwon-do. And for me with my flexibility it was the best i did.

@@BruceWillow ..Thank you...Not only is he very nice looking but this podcast showed a very charming and sweet side to him. The insight on what he went through while making Best of the Best.. telling us about the freezing cold waterfall and that they didn't want sex or gun violence in the movie..so insightful. He also seems to really care about the students he teaches. Just tells me that he's even more awesome than I thought. Again, Thank you.
