@Saul Doy sure, no one eats the same food everyday. One can have bbq pork one day, roast pork the next day and chicken the 3rd day and duck the 4th day. All available with the lunch box.

These boards are cleaned after business is over. He’s cutting cooked food, not raw.

@@AC-qu7cx It doesn't matter, the heavy and sharp meat cleaver will leave a very deep cut on the wooden board, therefore the bacteria will hided in there forever. And so, if the piece of COOKED chicken fall in to a toilet, is it Okay to pick up and eat it?

That’s a pretty bad comparison. Obviously if you relate this to a toilet bowl, fecal bacteria is dangerous. How can you compare this to feces? I’ve worked in a Chinese restaurant for many years and know how things are cleaned. The boards are scraped and cleaned with bleach, soap, etc at the end of every day. Not to assume but if you eat in Vietnam, how is this any different?

@@AC-qu7cx I worked for China Lite Restaurant in San Francisco for 15 years, that is the reason I posted my comment (Even the health department in the US is very, very strict still feel no safe for using wooden board, sorry but it is the true)
