1 kg basmati rice
2 onion
3 tomatoes
2.5 spoon salt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
.100 ml curd
2 spoon kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4-5 green chilli
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp coriander powder
whole spices
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 spoon oil/ghee
fresh mint
chop coriander
