Easy way is cut beans add water in pan put beans boil them till done strain the water. Then give tadka. Its easy and fast. Dont throw the strained beans water use it in dal or soup or rasam

Yeah..we can do that way also..Another method is steaming the cut beans in a pressure cooker and then giving the tadka..in this the nutrients is not lost at all as we are not adding more water. For any recipe, there are different ways to cook. choose the one which suits you best 🙂

The beans poriyal is made exactly as we make at home. The song rendition is the purest I have heard.Believe me and I am comparing him to great legends whose recordings I have heard. God Bless him, and may he stay humble playing to the divine alone.I love hearing him play.

Simple and homely curry ❤... nowadays its all 'like in a restaurant' cooking. I know this curry yet I saw it and felt home :). Also, when you mess less with raw veggies by not overcooking and no masalas... I feel its more nutricious Thanks again!

Better to boil the pieces on pressure cooker for 1 whistle to get them soft and not over cooked. Then do the rest of the proceedings as usual.

Yeah.. Cooking in a pressure cooker saves us time and energy..... I have shown this method as it helps to retain the green colour and also will benefit people who doesn't use pressure cooker.

Can't change the music just because you didn't like as it is my favorite and I can't keep changing it just because somebody didn't like it.. You can mute and watch or just skip watching the video.
