This jam recipe is so easy, so healthy, and so delicious, it's becoming a staple here on the homestead. Best part is...this recipe calls for FROZEN blueberries, so you can literally make it all year round and have beautiful jars of fresh jam in your fridge just waiting to be dolloped onto a piece of toast or a bowl of yogurt. My personal favorite is on homemade sourdough bread, all toasted up with butter. This jam is BEST made in small batches and enjoyed within a few days.
