Simple & Cheap Bed Accessories Every Truck Should Have - Installed on my Colorado ZR2 Duramax

I lost access to one of four cargo hooks from installing the bed mounted spare tire carrier. In return, I added 8 more! I also installed some more LED cargo lights and remove some unnecessary parts from underneath the bed.
This bed cargo hooks will also work in Chevy Silverados, GMC Sierras, and GMC Canyons.

2.75" tail pipe, my 17 had the heat shield held on with push pins.

Rivets for the heat shield? I just used a pry tool and pulled the heat shield out they are plastic push pins. Also tie downs are out of stock tough brake.

Mine were definitely metal, wonder why. Check other sellers on eBay there are a ton of those bed hooks listed.

No I haven’t done those yet. Not sure if I want to because sometime they can be too bright.

@@matt13ross dunno if my opinion is helpful but I got an interior package plus the bed light and license plate lights for around $70. 6000k white and they’re not overbearing but they illuminate the cabin very well. A good example is the vanity lights, they’re are two bulbs for each mirror and they’re not bight at all when using the mirror but do a great job keeping the face lit. (PrecisionLED) is where I got them. Idk about longevity but I’m very happy with them right now and they don’t bother the truck’s computers like I’ve heard some lights do.

I noticed you switched out the bowtie on the steering wheel. Did you actually pop out the old one and replace it, or just did some type of wrap?

Same. Then tonight I was driving the wife’s rst tahoe (blackout) and noticed it also has a gold steering wheel bowtie. I’m thinking they don’t officially make them. I’ll have to try another option.

Yea as far as I know they don't make one. Some guys use a sharpie or vinyl to change the color.

Not sure what’s thing about these wheels and tires. They fit great and are exceptional off road.
