I think while frying the onions I would throw in the tortillas and get them toasted. And add some green chilies. Looks delicious!

This was wonderful & perfect for July 4th company after a day of bbq. Day 2 it was waiting in the frig to pop in the oven! Made it ahead of time along with a pot of black beans-quac, salsa & chips. Wonderful & big Crowd pleaser.

I made this last night and I did change it. I added a small can of diced peppers. I also only added 1/2 cup of sour cream and added a can of cream of chicken. It was delicious! I love your recipes.

Great recipe! I have used cream of chicken soup in place of the sour cream when I didn’t have sour cream. It was so creamy and delicious!

I made this chicken enchilada casserole tonight & it is delicious!! I love spicy, I made mine hotter🔥🌶a lil more by adding a chopped jalapeno & can of green chiles to the sauce, and then added chopped green onion to the top after it came out of oven. I love this!! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!!❤🤗💞

As many times that I have made this, I love the idea of cutting the corn tortillas into wedges. It sure beats having to cut up a tortilla round so you can serve it. Thanks for the great suggestion!
