Just found you 2 weeks ago. Been watching since around 11:30 this morning. Have been cleaning and taking you with me while I am. My 2nd son and his girlfriend are coming up tomorrow, so I'm getting everything cleaned and ready for them. Having a late Easter dinner with them. His girlfriend moved to St Ignace Mi last year from Wisconsin and they spend every holiday with her family. I live alone so they come up when they can to have the dinners from holidays with me.

This reminds me of Weight Watchers spaghetti pie. In that recipe you add Parmesan cheese to the spaghetti mixture and instead of sour cream you use ricotta cheese. The veggies are cooked with the meat. It’s one of my favorites for over 30 years!

The spaghetti bake.....oh my. That was so good! Even my husband who does not generally care for spaghetti type of casseroles was very impressed and said it needs to add to our meal rotation.
