Hi, what heat setting did you brown the semolina on please?

Cook in low to medium heat. Don’t cook in high heat or else you will burn semolina. You will know it is cooked with the aroma. Depending on your quantity cooking time will vary.

I buy the already peeled cardamom but you can either peel cardamom pods or use the entire pod
