INGREDIENTS
All-purpose Flour or Bread Flour 300g / 2 cups
Water 200ml / 4/5 cup
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil 1 tbsp.
1 Egg for Egg-Wash
🔺TIPS
1. Repeat the folding for 3 or 4 times to have a perfect result.
2. Take out the white string attached to your egg yolk before beating it.5:04
3. Do the baking with LOVE, that is the secret of having a delicious result.
