Hello everyone!
This is an easy flexible homemade bread recipe for you! Once you make it, you will never buy bread again! it can be baked in the oven or pan. this bread doesn't need egg. you can even replace water and milk. You will definitely have the perfect delicious bread at the end.
INGREDIENTS
Milk 190ml / 2/3 cup
Sugar 25g / 2 tbsp.
Yeast 3g / 1 tsp.
Bread Flour 300g / 2 cups
Salt 3g / 1/2 tsp.
Unsalted Butter 30g / 2 tbsp.
🔺 TIPS
1. You can easily use Water instead of Milk.
2. You don't need to grease the pan with oil.
3. As you see in the recipe, there are 8 dough portions. you can bake all of them in the pan on stove or all in the oven.
