Thanks madam..., this video really helps me as I cannot live without bread but my health condition restricts me from doing it. May God bless you always so you can share more and more videos like this. I've been baking a dozen of your recipes already and one of my favorites is the Graham biscuit using coconut flour.

i' pretty sure you can get slices big enough for sandwiches by cutting your bread into two or three parts and then horizontally (each part) ;-) . Thank's for your recipe

Could you pliz give metric measurements. A cup of coconut floor is very variable. Measurement in grams will be reproducible. Thanks.

You can try using flax eggs. I can not guarantee it will work but it is worth a try. I have a video on egg substitutes that work that work with coconut flour.
