Both my parents are from Trinidad. My dad cooked like you. He was the most amazing cook. He cooked every Sunday and we starved ourselves all day just to eat what he made. You and vidia bring back the greatest memories for me. Just like watching my parents cook. Keep cooking! I'll keep watching!

You can slit both sides of the tail, so seasoning can get in. Also I use a lil grounded geera when seasoning all meats (gives it a unique flavour). I mix some black pepper in the flour

Yum, delish. Nice crop of portugal and peas. Have you ever made juice with portugal? A friend told me to try it, I juiced it and it was really nice. I really enjoy the ingredients you add to your meats and fishes like the sesame oilso different from the ordinary way of seasoning meat. Very nice but simple stew fish and rice fully enjoyed, could imagine the aroma. Have a wonderful weekend.
