Looks gorgeous! Going to give it a try :) Could you maybe think of a breakfast burrito/burger thingy that´s actually healty AND tasty? Trying to find something but most of them taste lush and aren´t even filling enough to keep me going.. Thanks a lot :) Keep up the good stuff!

I shouldn't see why not, the flavours should still pair nicely, although I would be tempted to switch out the pea for sweetcorn! :D
