Six morning routine to improve brain power 1. Hydration (soak chia seeds take a glass of warm water add lemon juice,raw honey, soak chia seed, turmaric powder , black pepper and stir well) 2. Anulom viluom pranayam (9 alternate breathings) 3. Journaling (writing your dairy-goals, express gratitude) 4. Stepping out of your comfort zone ( learn new language) 5.
