Hi there!
In this video I will explain how to make anything in SimplePlanes fly. Ofcourse, there are many approaches to making aircraft fly. However, the most basic technique can be mastered by virtually anybody in very little time. This video might even help those who are looking to troubleshoot their aircraft, which might suffer from stability issues.

It would be cool to mayve go in more depth into the physics on how to make a plane operatible, as well as maybe a car or ground vehicle tutorial of some sort. I think a paneling tutorial would also be good as many people on our wonderful site dont know how to panel.

The farther the CoM is from the CoL, the harder it is to pitch up and will very likely to do a nosedive but is very stable. If the CoM is behind the CoL, your plane is fucked and will pitch up by itself once it gets enough speed. You can put your CoT anywhere you watt as long as it is aligned with the other 2, well at least aligned with the X Axis.

I have recently created my first jet. It's flying pretty good, can go fast and can carry a decent payload. I want to change my horizontal control surfaces to the ones you used on some of your designs too, where they are noving in one piece, like on actual jets. How can I do that? I really have no idea.

I suggest trying to add a bit more weight to the nose of your plane. Pushing the CoL too close to the CoM can create issues.

I already know how to make a plane fly properly, however, there is one issue i am currently unable to solve without making it an absolute brick. Some of my creations LOVE to spontaneously roll when I pitch. More specifically, they love to roll, and magnetize to the ground while they are at it.
