This guy knows what he’s talking about, I used to be almost 450, I’m down to 295 and I’m working through his full gym workouts now. I went from hardly being able to wipe my ass to being able to do this guys workouts. Everything he says in this video is legit, if you do it and you really work your ass off you will be ok. The first day I tried to just do body weight squats and lunges when I was a super fatty I couldn’t walk for days, now I can actually throw some weight up. I feel like a man again and not a pile of fat. I was literally 50% body fat, now I’m 33% and dropping. Ryan Humiston is a god among men and a champion of animals that knows what the fuck he’s talking about. Get your ass in shape, listen to him.

Regardless if he does, doesn’t change the information. Same way someone could use scheduled and pharmaceutical drugs, there can be illegal and legal way to enhance your ability to build muscle and stay fit. Whether you agree with it or not, it is what it is. Grow up and go find your fitness.

Great info. I am 56 yo and lost 30 lbs. and 7inches of belly over the past 4 months following Ryans advice, and I did put on muscle. It was not as hard as I had thought and worked better than Keto for me. Worked hard at the gym, cheated little, and played the long game. Today I am changing my macros to a maintenance program. I have got so much good info from his videos that really changed my 1980's lifting philosophy. Thank you Ryan. Wish I had access to all these videos back in my hay day

Let’s pull some weird exception out of my ass to make someone else look wrong because I’m a jerk. Is that how you wake up and look in the mirror? There are always exceptions if you’re trying to do something specialized like Mr. Olympia. But this is not going to work for millions of people trying to lose weight. Again go watch videos of Dr. Jason Fung, who explains about glucose, intermittent fasting, etc. etc. Time restricted eating, etc. insulin glucose, etc. control whether you gain or lose weight and constantly stimulating insulin eating. This way is not how you lose weight and it’s damn sure not how to get healthy. But you go be you!

@@nedhill1242 it literally works for anyone. I’ve trained hundreds of people personally and have great success with all of them as long as they stick to it. I’ve also done it myself MANY times. Just because you take such offense to having your opinion disagreed with doesn’t make me a jerk. It’s not my or anyone else’s fault that you’ve shoehorned yourself into a niche internet community and latched on to some guru that says his way is best. There are scientific studies to discount everything you say as well. Does that mean Dr Fung is a quack? What’s you’re degree in? What’s your physique look like? I’ve got a bachelors in exercise physiology and sub-10% body fat. Real world experience speaks much louder than disagreeing with some guy’s video on KZfaq because an internet Dr told you to.

@@benbresnan5325 It’s not my opinion. It’s scientific data. And it may work for some people but it’s extremely extremely unhealthy. You’re wrecking your health and your system. Like I said, Robert Lustig. Jason Fong. Peter Attia. Some of the smartest doctors out there studying health, longevity, etc. we were not built designed created natural selection however, you wanna worded whatever you believe we were raised off of meat and the occasional seasonal fruit and vegetable that is nothing like today’s fruits and vegetables, and basically fasting and having or eating restricted every day. Which is why keto carnivore Paleo are so affective and why they actually reverse diseases, metabolic syndrome, etc. This is decades of hard science and research. It’s not my opinion. It’s research from some of the top doctors in the world. And this type of medical research actually goes all the way back to the Germans before World War II.

Doing my second trial of the 20 day program… best thing I’ve done in a long time. I used to look like a skeleton wrapped in packing tape at a disgusting looking 175 …. Now I’m a super fit 176 with gains and and good physique. Gotten a lot of compliments from family and friends on my progress. 1. Cutting out ALL the crap food we all know we shouldn’t be eating. 2. Structured, Intermittent Fasting. After the first week, you become “Fat Adapted” and you’re never “hungry” again. My fasting journey has evolved to 44/4 Alternate Day Fasting (ADF). 44 hours straight fasting, 4 hours feeding. You won’t crave bad food or alcohol. And the pounds MELT off incrementally on a daily basis. I’m only 9 lbs. away from my target weight & waist numbers. You don’t hear much about fasting, because nobody makes any money off of you eating less! Truly a FREE, DIY weight-control lifestyle!

Worked out for years. Always felt tired. Always kinda fat. Never gained much muscle. Finally got testosterone levels checked and at 32 had the testosterone of an 70 year old. Got started on supplementation from dr and now in best shape of my life and feel better than I ever have . Took months to get levels right but worth it.

@SMATT check out Balance my hormones - they are a private clinic in the UK who service Europe. They have a YT channel also.... that is who I am using after being told for a few years my bloods were "fine" by NHS doctors. When Balance My Hormones checked properly my free test was 0.226 nmol which is stupid low. I was experiencing even rarer symptoms of digestion issues, no appetite, mind fog the lot... take a look.

@SMATT Hi mate, No I am in the UK but it was really hard finding good advice. I would reach out to them. If you feel anything like I did it is worth an email. I dont know the laws and regs in Sweden but once this is signed off as treatment by a doctor, as my treatment is, you shouldn't have any issues.

I’ve lost 152lbs and I can say from personal experience that (1) my fitness pal is amazing and really helpful for weight loss and (2) if you have messed up hormones you need to fix that first. Great video as always.

First, let me thank you for the amazing content and killer humour. I've been out of the workout "scene" for about 5 years. I worked out heavy in the hey day when magazines were 95% ads and 5% actual information. I'll be purchasing your "garage" workout soon. I've been working out to build up for it so it doesn't completely annihilate me. I've been doing 16/8 IF and am wondering if you can do a video on general supplements to consider with trying to put on lean mass. I noticed most of your videos (what I've seen so far) Don't dabble too much into supplements but moreso diet. I've got a good routine down so far with that experimenting. Looking for that knowledge to push me up a level. You ROCK! Thanks again and looking forward to the next videos.

I've used a lot of your workout ideas. You get results. I'm 62 and constantly hear that hitting the gym at my age is a waste of time. Wrong! I see gains and benefits. The people talking that crap are fat and usually drunk. How often should you work each body part? Do you recommend one body part or groups of body parts in a work out? Thanks, Tim

Ryan this was very helpful thank you. Since I have been following your work routines and changing the way I train I have seen amazing results, I am just really struggling to get rid of that last bit of stubborn belly fat. Man its like a tick on a horses arse it just won't fall off. Ill give this app a go and make more changes to my eating. Great videos bud keep em coming 👍

1. Cutting out ALL the crap food we all know we shouldn’t be eating. 2. Structured, Intermittent Fasting. After the first week, you become “Fat Adapted” and you’re never “hungry” again. My fasting journey has evolved to 44/4 Alternate Day Fasting (ADF). 44 hours straight fasting, 4 hours feeding. You won’t crave bad food or alcohol. And the pounds MELT off incrementally on a daily basis. I’m only 9 lbs. away from my target weight & waist numbers. You don’t hear much about fasting, because nobody makes any money off of you eating less! Truly a FREE, DIY weight-control lifestyle!

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

So far lost 2 and half stone using this, just struggling a bit with going further. However, first week training the way you say and I do feel a whole lot better about my workouts, so fingers crossed.

@@nellosnook4454 thanks bro. You're a beast. 44/4? Holy crap! I'm struggling with 16/8 but I've gone from 230 to 190. I got a low as 184 but didn't like feeling so frail. Been hitting the gym, and now I fluctuate at 190-195. I haven't been under 200 pounds since I was in my 20's.
