Not with this integration. But you may be able to with a different form builder.

It's hard to say without seeing your specific details. Jotform help is very quick to respond and might be the best place to start.

I followed it step-by-step and it didn't sync in Trello for me either. BUT, it did update in my email with all of my answers when I tested it. You have to just move the information from your email over to Trello (extra work but that's my work around). Hope this helps.

Well, never mind on my workaround, I sent from jotform to my email address and it worked, but when I sent a link via email (after filling out the form) it didn't update. Signed, Technically Challenged. Been at this all day! Maybe because Trello has a form now?
