I think the reason for the horn/strobe to go all erratic like that for a second and then sync is because since they are on seperate nacs its trying to sync all the nacs together and that probably takes a second to do.

Still amazes me how Simplex can never get sync working even on their highest end panels. Meanwhile Gentex, Wheelock, System Sensor all had that shit working perfectly since the early 2000s.

Whats the model of that strobe? Is it a 4906 9103 or something else? Almost looks like you have a non-syncable model which could be the reason for your sync issue. But Idk for sure.

I can check later, but I do know it is SmartSync because it synced with another SmartSync AV when i had my 4010
