As a working mom who has night duty meal prep makes me feel under control....it's after I started watching your videos.... For us the biggest festival is Onam which includes Sadya one of the biggest vegetarian food prep with lots of side dishes and Payasam. This year it was hassle free and enjoyable for me as I did the prep beforehand. Thank you ❤❤❤❤

Vry nice tips. Until now i too used to prep on the same day and since i hv vry little help almost nothing it was vry tiring and over whelming. Also lot of tension abt finishing everything. Actually your tips are vry smart, just a day before the event, small amount of preparation is a good idea. Also the main food is prepared on the same day so it is fresh. We can give some time to tidy the home arrange the dining table and get ready. By following these tips we can save some time and also feel relaxed on the special day. Thanks a lot dear.

Very useful video indeed. When we cook everything last minute the kitchen is in huge mess. We are ourselves run pillar to post finishing everything to perfection n get completely exhausted just in mood to end the event fast to grab some peaceful rest for ourselves. So it's wise to be equipped n well prepared in advance to avoid the Rush n Hustle n Bustle of the last moment. 😊😊❤❤ Ashu u portrayed every frame so beautifully making it look like a breeze. Happt festivities to upu too Ma'am Even i am of tbe same opinion and have been doing meal prep sonce years.Although as you said many feel that making food then and there is best.Same as you meal prepping works best for me too.Also as ypu said meal preping doesn't mean serving stale food.And meal prepping is a balance between nutrition and outside food.Also whemy kids were small used to do that for their birthday parties as well.Happy that you too are of the same view. I completely agree Ashu madam idea of meal prep ! Taking lunch box to office is meant to eat healthy and hygienic homely food. The lunch box meal is prepared in the morning but we eat in the afternoon, Why ? Because it is not healthy ,not feasible to eat in canteen everyday.
