I wish I had been educated like this as a child. I also am so grateful to have the opportunity to educate my own children in a way that respects them as individual persons. It took me a long time to start breaking out of my own government school mentality. The videos on this podcast have really helped out a lot. I feel like I am waking up.

Overeating is bad, just as malnutrition is. Short regular meals are important. Scientifically, the longer a lesson is, the less of it our brains are able to store
