Tesla's Headquarters has always been in Palo Alto, CA and will soon move to Austin, TX. Tesla's Fremont factory is one of several factories Tesla operates in the US. There are offices in the Fremont complex, but they are primarily used to manage manufacturing activities at Fremont, not to run the company.

They often use a false controversial title as click bait. The perfect sounding narrators you hear on many of these channels are voice robots-a clear indication that English is not their first language. One of the most reliable Tesla-focused KZfaq channels is Tesla Daily. Electrified is also very reliable.

The factory in Fremont is not Tesla’s headquarters, that was in Palo Alto until December of 2021. And so far they are operating it from the Tesla factory in Austin, and have not built an actual headquarters there.
