I have watched your episode on Chicken Galantina. Thanks for sharing on how to debone the chicken. You detailed the demonstration iñ a very "SÌMPOL" way. I only have 1 questìon. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHICKEN Relleno and Gallantina. For me there is no difference. Pls enlighten us. Thanks for your generosity. GBU.
