Thank you, I wasn't certain what was wrong with mine. It worked last summer and this spring it wouldn't build pressure. After watching your video I checked that little plunger, and it was stuck just like in your video. I tapped it free and now it works perfect again.

Subscribed. I use a power washer at work and rather then waiting on corporate my supervisor gave me the thumbs up to service it. Changed the oil, spark plug and doing carb now. But pressure has been lousy so glad I found your video. Thamks

Nice fix sir. All the pumps are subject to the calcium in water. I use briggs foam to winterize my pump on my Simpson pressure washer. Im thinking im going to use the foam after every use.
