Im shocked I've never heard anyone mention Crew Chief in any of these videos.. cant race without a spotter in my ear. Having car radar is nice but having someone tell you you're clear, or there's a crash ahead, or the guy behind is gaining, without changing where I'm looking makes all the difference to me

The 911 rsr was my favorite imsa car when i went to the last Long Beach grand prix. The only car that made you realize that you should probably be wearing ear plugs

My current biggest gripe with sim racing, as a noob, is that now AMS2 has opened up online racing for me and I have joined my first casual league, I find I am so slow against the TT bosses, that I have to practice hard all week just to finish a 'proper' race. I've really been missing my AC and Rf2 and generally having carefree fun behind the virtual wheel. Great video as always.

You forgot one of the most important, the cam tool 2 app. With this app assetto corsa comes to life with stunning tv and cinematic replays on a wide variety of modded and original tracks.

Two of my must haves is the Porsche GT America (American GT3 Cup version) and the Maserati Birdcage and for Tracks Bilsterberg and Road America. If you like to drive Hillclimbs I recommend Oberhallau in Switzerland;) pure fun

Great job Mike as usual. I have just a couple to add. For people using G29 wheel, LUT generator/FFB clip are a must have if you ask me. And HD broken windshield is a great thing too. Simple to install.

Though I own the game for a long time, It's been only lately I discovered how great it is. Thanks for tips for further improvements. Subscribed.

GT4 mod (Beta but allready so good) everything from Shaun Clarke. Renault R.S.0.1 and Don’t even start me on tracks 😅 But unmissable for me is the nordshleife 55 AI mod for trackdays. Now in the rain and with the AI flood it’s legendary. I should do a clean install but I am scared to do it. Only my AC folder is allready 350 GB

I really going to dig into AC. I unistaled it because i get used of the cars i downloaded and never had success to install carrer mods (Didnt knw about Manager Content, Shaders and SOL). Its a shame, i know but only a wek ago i discovered this new AC world and i have absolutely sure that i going to be amazed, cause i always liked the FFB and physics. An example is that i play a lot WEC in rFactor 1 because i never had success intaling it in AC, but with all the tips and leaning i had this week this is going to change. Thanks by the video

For the tracks id like to add Shutoku Revival Project (insane!) And High Force (it's version 0.1 now so one to watch for the future), they are both free roam maps but that's what AC is for me!

Awesome vid mike, I’ve been a console player since the first gran turismo..playing games like Colin McRae rally to gran turismo, and the past few years project cars 1 and 2. But Not 3... :). As that will never be added to my console for all the reasons everyone else has about it... but I digress...I have since bought assetto corsa comp..and am loving it, that I realized that playing all these driving games since the first Pc game of Colin McRae rally, where I was using my keyboard to steer, I felt it’s time to get into sim racing fully. Just checked my budget, and ordered a psr1 cockpit last night, and will be ordering the fanatic Pc/ps4 podium wheel, and since seeing your vid on the H sprint peddles...well you leave me know choice but to go straight to those, by passing the v3 pedals. In summary, I’ve debated, debated and debated some more year to year, and it’s your amazing vids along with peeps like Chris haye and Erin etc, that have now embedded it in my head to make to plunge with this direction of sim rig wheel and pedal set...next year, or perhaps Christmas time, I will be looking into a Pc. As I’m a mac person due to my job ‘ industry, so that’s what has kept me from splurging on a Pc. But this vid of them all completely inspired me to go in at it full speed. As even the mods you mention of the original assets corsa. Is leaving me salivating for more... ;) so a big thank you for helping guide us newbies from console controller playing peeps, to porting over to the complete sim world for a more immersive experience. :) hoping to one day drive with you and the other greats on acc/ac/automobilista etc once I build a Pc.

Wow, thanks, exactly what I needed to bring back the AC spark! From your suggestions I bought the LAC VIP and instantly fell in love with it. ACL, GPL & TCL 60's & 70's are incredible especially on the old '67 Nordschleife. Million thanks for the sound mods, didn't know I could get better sound. It's totally worth it for me as I game in VR with audiophile grade IEMs. Can you please recommend some of the best (stock, unmodified) road legal sport cars? Like.. what's the best "representation" of an E39 M5 ? How about an E46 M3? Etc. I would even pay for such cars if they are made "study level", kind of like you can get those highly detailed built to real life specifications & behavior planes in x plane.
