Hey everyone and welcome back to my channel! Todays video is a speed build for Generation 3: Ambitions of my Clarke Perfect Genetics Lepacy. This house was originally built in 2019 as part of a collab but I finally got to use this Colonial Style build in Twinbrook. This house sits on a 40x40 lot and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, massive kitchen and living rooms (yes plural), plus some great outdoor space. The house will be unfurnished!

Beautiful house. The lepacy challenge has been a super fun one to go back through. I’m currently doing a run through still on basegame. Moved to one of the pre build mansions and omg I forgot how bad they are and it’s a chore to renovate 😂

What are you focusing on for the basegame generation? I love hearing about people's saves!! And omg it's even harder to renovate when you're used to building/decorating with all the packs. I've just settled for building all the houses for each gen.

@@NonRevSims my sim’s aspiration is the gold digger one because I’ve never done it and it seemed fun. And it has been. I stole Nancy Landgraab’s husband and now live in their house which isn’t the worst decorated one but still kind of bad 😂

@@NonRevSims I don’t know yet. I was gonna do some fate tempting things and see which one happens to him. Like fixing electronics, looking through telescope and such. Maybe go swimming while he’s tired 😂
