Great Topic Tim! I always use Periodic Task regardless of what I am writing, for the very reason you mentioned.

@@TimWilborne Hey Tim, I am a noob compared to you! So I am not sure if I should be using periodic tasks all the time. I just mimic the guy who taught me. You know the grouchy old guy, the one you were to afraid to ask why when you were learning😆

@@shaneplatt3128 They guy who taught you is doing a best practice, the continuous task is the only one created by default so most people use it until they have problems.
