This song must have been done a billion million times now but too bad here's another one
These guys are original characters from my upcoming webcomic Ramshackle: / ramshacklecomic :D The comic isn't out yet so you can find out more about the characters on my Tumblr: / zeddyzi
Stone is Connor, Tre is Evan, and Vinnie is Jared. Baaaasically the context in the musical is that Connor (Stone) is dead. Evan (Tre) and Jared (Vinnie) try to fool people into thinking Connor and Evan were friends by writing fake letters... yeah just search up the musical up lol.
I wanted to do an animatic that utilized more of the environment rather than having the characters just float around. Don't stare too long at any one panel because the drawings are actually horrid haha ANYWAY I hope you enjoy what I've been working on all summer!!!

I really think that Stone used to be an aristocrat. In the animations - especially the newest one!! - he's the only one who matches the very white, pasted-on makeup kind of skin tone as the rest or the bougie townfolk. The rest of the crew has unobstructed skin tones, inferring they never really had a taste of that life. I could be looking too much into it, but hey, that's just a theory... A FILM THEEEEORYYYY

it's really funny with the context because from what i can tell in the comic the closest that stone has to a sister (IMO could also not be a sister and brother bond if you dont see it that way) is vinnie, so she's basically using the letters to compliment herslef-

Yeah! So basically Stone (Connor) is a hobo who's always drunk, Vinnie (Jared) is an asshole scam artist pirate hobo, and Tre (Evan) is an uptight nerdy rich kid. Stone and Tre are rivals haha.
