Chawal ke Phool or Chawal Ki Kachari is a typical sindhi recipe. It mostly done in April or may because this recipe needs very sharp sun light. And this recipe is made with Only Rice and water. Many peoples make this using rice flour but they becomes red after frying or after sometime. Its a very unique and easy recipe or I can say it's a no fail recipe if u follow instructions properly.
