4 tablespoon degi lal mirch
4 tablespoon coriander powder (Pisa dhania)
3 tablespoon red chili powder (pisi lal mirch)
1 ½ tablespoon salt (namak)
1 tablespoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1 ½ tablespoon cumin powder (Pisa hua zeera)
1 ½ tablespoon sugar (chini)
1 ½ tablespoon cumin seeds (safed zeera)
1 ½ teaspoon cloves (laung)
1 ½ teaspoon black pepper (kali mirch)
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon sticks (dalchini)
5 to 6 bay leaves (tez patta)
1/2 cup or 25 to 30 dried prunes (aloo Bukhara)
2 to 3 drops kewra essence
1/4 teaspoon yellow food coloring
Spices for Grinding;
20 pieces green cardamom (choti elaichi)
4 pieces star anise (badiyan ka phool)
1 teaspoon black cumin seeds (kala zeera)
1 teaspoon black pepper (kali mirch)
1 teaspoon cloves (laung)
4 to 5 pieces cinnamon sticks (dalchini)
2 black cardamom (Bari elaichi)
1/2 piece nutmeg (Jaifal)
5 to 6 mace (Javitri)
