Seth! If the 4th floor is where you guys were getting all of the "turn back" and stuff on the EVP then it may have been William. Just going by the basic info from Sam and Colby's video, William and his dog were homeless, and they were allowed to live on the 4th floor for the winter one year in exchange for keep trespassers out for the owner. He was murdered along with his dog and thrown down the elevator shaft and now haunts the building. If that story is true, then it may have been him trying to get you guys off of the property since you were "trespassing" there.

I found you and Josh because of Sam and Colby and I'm so happy I did. You guys have such great personalities and wholesome friendships. I straight up would have cried if I were Josh. Even though he's smiling telling you guys about the "breeze", the terror in his eyes...I felt that. And I totally agree with you, no way I'm ever exploring anywhere that's clearly haunted by myself on purpose, I'm entirely too sensitive. I would not be okay at all lol. Plus seems all the spirits always ask for you specifically, so hell no to walking down a dark corridor alone. (I am curious: are you a medium? Or have you thought of exploring that avenue at all? It seems you and Colby are particularly sensitive and could go that route if either of you chose to.)

Love the respect you show when introducing yourselves and asking questions of the spirits. Even so, this is the most expletive-laden investigation I've ever witnessed...judging from their four-letter responses, it's as if these souls have Had Enough 'Looky-Lous' asking the same questions; gawping at the results they get, then leaving. The entities at Waverly must feel like the ghost occupants of a zoo; or a performing circus ('Make this go off'). Honestly, I get it: I'd be fed-up, too! 😣

Not even going to lie, when I heard the evp say “turn back” when Josh said he felt something, I literally got goosebumps because that reminded me of the Mansfield prison when I went for my first time. Super super freaking spooky

I realize how antiquated things were. I’m 67, but my grandmother was in a sanitarium and was one of few who walked out alive. She lived on without one lung and many ribs removed. She was an amazing woman of great strength who lived until the age of 78. I’m so glad times have changed. Loved your video. 👍🏻😊
