This is part 2 of the Cursed Family's Haunted Mansion episode for Beyond The Dark. This part is much more scary than the first because Sinematic Seth and Exploring With Josh experience true paranormal activity in one of the most haunted houses in the world. Seth was even grabbed by the foot on the third floor. And in the basement, something unexplainable and truly horrifying happens. In this episode of Beyond The Dark, Exploring With Josh and Sinematic Seth are exploring the SK Pierce Haunted Mansion located in Gardner, Massachusetts. Seth calls Pierce and his family "the cursed family" because they have a lot of dark, mysterious, sad, and tragic history since they built and moved into the house, including over 9 deaths and abuse of their servants. When investigating the haunted house they even found bones in the basement! The SK Pierce Mansion is rated the #2 most haunted house in Massachusetts, and #9 most haunted house in the USA. This scary house was the most paranormal place they've ever investigated - maybe even more than the real Conjuring house. A lot of real proof of paranormal activity was caught on camera.

It was scary but also so sad :(, I think the worst is when the girl spirit says she and the boy that were found were killed. The most scary part is when they bang on the door.

The first time izzy's light went off it caught me off guard, not gonna lie. But the bang on the door was mortifying... And also, I jumped with you when Josh came back to the room! LOL.

Favourite Part has to be Josh coming in the room! I jumped lol. When the little girl said "me" was spooky. I feel that the teenage girl is there for the little boy in a way, just as a friend - as they were there in the room together and communicating together. Really cool video though Seth, Keep it up!

People say in the comments that Izzy focuses on things that don't even matter... But she is simply the only one focused in the basement besides the lady with the rods. The guy running sls kept talking over everyone. She just wanted to calmy continue using the dowsing rods. She is probably one of the most focused people there throughout the whole investigation.

Fully agree. Izzy and Marion (and a couple others) were calm collected and focused on the intent of speaking with those spirits… ready to listen. I feel that’s why they were interacted with the most.

Seth seems to be a really good guy. He is so compassionate, sweet and like a go to person whenever you feel down. He's seems to be so empathetic. Can't blame the spirits that they like his energy, and want to contact with him, talk too him, etc. Even I'd want a friend like him, probably a best friend. ❤️

When she asked, "where are you at?" and the dousing rods turned, together, to point toward the dark hallway: chills. I approach things with an open-minded skepticism (so I believe that we can't explain everything in this world, for sure) , but that still gave me shivers! *shakes it off*. And it was pretty cool that right as she's asking about the little boy, it looks like the rods are pointing to a direction (like they were before) and then the spirit shows up on THAT side of Marion.

I felt that in that basement when that servant teen girl told that...that the boy was not drowned , it was also murdered...then she was about to reveal the mystery that the kid wasn't drowned , he was also killed...and from then that point girl didn't talk , some man started talking...so i guess, probably her killer won't let her reveal that secret... Plzz tell your opinion about this...

I've been following this house since it was last on the market. I live 60 miles south and have always wanted a Victorian. The current owners have done a fabulous job restoring the old girl. I look forward to being able to visit in the future. Even as a skeptic, I'd be interested in the details of the devices being used - the ghost boxes and applications. Hey Seth, long time lurker here and I love watching your videos. So, this is a bit of a long shot but I gotta try, I hope you see this. The spirit in the basement said they were trapped down there. They bang the door and tell you about the pipe. Assuming that pipe is iron, there is some old folklore telling that spirits can't cross iron in it's pure form. What if they wanted you to remove the iron pipe because they are stuck down there because of it. It's litteraly across the door. Just some food for thought. Greetings from Belgium!

I sincerely hope you guys travel back here, possibly with a medium who specializes in moving spirits on from locations and get those two trapped kids out of the basement. With the Pierce's still haunting the upstairs rooms and those two being murdered, one confirmed to be murdered by a Pierce, it doesn't want to go up there from being scared so they stay in the basement. But they need to be free of whatever is holding them there to even possibly cross over and they need someone that knows what they are doing (and how to protect themselves while doing it) to help them. Also, I really feel like Seth should learn some spiritual protection or wear a blessed necklace or something so he doesn't risk get more attachments.

I’m glad you didn’t bleep the spirit box saying “fuck you” in this one, even though it wasn’t super clear. If a spirit box ever does clearly drop profanity that’s GOOD evidence, because the FCC doesn’t let radio stations broadcast no-no words. Too much for the delicate ears of radio listeners, you know! If you’re dealing with a spirit that wouldn’t mind cursing (think sailors on an old ship or something) that’s also not a bad thing to ask them to do. “Could you say a swear word for us to prove it’s really you and not just random radio stations, please?”

I feel like it was Edwin that banged on the door, to stop the line of questioning. I think he murdered the girl in the basement and doesn't want it out there. I feel the girl in the basement was trying to hide behind Marion, not attach. I think the girl was scared as well . Marion is there everyday and would be a safe spot.
