In this video, Sinematic Seth and Exploring With Josh travel to the haunted Murdock-Whitney House in Winchendon, Massachusetts. Alongside them are the owners of the real Conjuring house (Cory and Jenn), John Huntington, Joe from ClearVisionParanormal, and Cody and Satori. This mansion is haunted by the previous owners, and Cody and Satori were able to use their gift of communication to summon a spirit actually let Seth and Josh talk to a real ghost.

At 1st I didn't believe then he said something about he almost die at one point..... I know one of my Teachers had the same experience like him. He can Read minds from touching hands. It's actually Crazy because he also said that he almost died from a heart attack and came back to life. It's super Cool!!

Yes, I also did a bit of digging on the Terri that was mentioned in Sam and Colby’s video and all the information was uploaded in the 24hrs after the video aired. I hope Sam and Colby aren’t being duped..

That's not entirely true.. if you search for Terri Ficca's obituary it says: Published by The Providence Journal on Sep. 27, 2007. (I googled it minutes after seeing Sam and Colby's video and none of the searches that show up now existed.) Idk about the rest tho... @@niaaaa764

I'm a die-hard fan of Sam and Colby, following them for more than 5 years now but I believe Seth deserves more credit in this. He is the first person to show this to the world, though Sam and Colby are the one to prove that our loved ones are watching over because their loved ones came through, but this whole process is being introduced by Seth, so he deserves atmost credit imo.

Ffs it is fake as fuk its been debunked by loads of people just search debunking Cody and satori on KZfaq they have been exposed and there liars saying they don't do it for money there selling out tours doing this exact fake method ankle popping or knee popping I can do it with my spine and my ankles and my knees and they all sound diffrent so can sound like someone walking in if I do each one straight after one another. It's been done this method for over 100 yrs probably longer it's just a magic trick for those dum enough to believe like they said in the message at the studio that the messages are for those who believe and Colby went so it's about faith no it's not about faith that's totally diffrent but I do think they were trying to give out cryptic messages that there not real it's just for fun for those who want to believe it's a nice story that wud help someone grieving but then if that person found out they were fake and had them duped and they had paid for tickets to go see them on there tour to get a message then they would be destroyed it's totally wrong of them to do this to people there disgusting and this is what you get when your a daughter of a fake paranormal investigator so dnt believe them or do believe them if u want to but just dnt pay them like they said there not doing it for money yet there's sellin out all there events now making alot of money all over the country doing the bone popping trick there sick

i do think it’s interesting how when asked to have the knocking sound moved around they say the spirit left but don’t rlly try hard enough to help debunk where the sound is coming from and it’s usually only right by cody and satori… wish they would try harder to test this

Cody and satori are cons. You can see it clearly in the sam and colby debunking video, at the globe park section. Around 12 min satori can't hear. Cody gets frustrated and takes over spelling. Suddenly satori moves her foot to where she's touching Cody's right foot (the one that they see him shifting weight with the knocks)...and suddenly around 12:45 she magically can "hear" him (the "knocks") again. Its so clear but people wanna believe so bad. And to be clear I believe in ghosts. They also refused to do it barefoot. Oh also they said this happens only when they hold hands. Weird cody has done this on ghost hunters alone without satori. Hmmmmm. These 2 are cons.

Even in this video he spells piano and they say oh she played piano. Satori says she did??? Then he says I think her piano was donated and satori confirms it was. So she knew and is a liar. It's so obvious........

Hi Seth, this really was the best place for evidence, Sophia walking around upstairs was awesome and when she spelt her name and led you guys to her portrait that was really amazing. I love how real and respectful you and Josh are. Marion is also so freaking awesome and I love how you all take this so seriously. Some others are border line offensive and make it all feel like a joke or game. I mean, these folks you're trying to contact are from another time period where things were much more "proper". We appreciate your realness right down to the thumbnail pics. They're not fake scare photos taken for a thumbnail but mostly stills from the video's. Love that. Also, can't help but laugh at stick figure Jedi Seth 😂. Just the right pose and suddenly you looked like you had a lightsaber on the screen. The thing crawling on the floor was creepy though. Crazy.

Awesome investigation! I loved it. Wished it was longer, I didn't want it to end! I love the dousing rods!! I don't know why but they always make me emotional. The evps were awesome too! I actually like the 2 parts version because you guys get to tour us around the house first before the investigation. i just love seeing the interior and furnitures of the old houses that you're exploring. I still like this video though, its very interesting and entertaining as well, especially the footsteps and stuffs. honestly I do like this format better, one long video instead of 2 instalments, though I get why you would make it 2 - twice the views right - which is twice as great for you..and Josh! I'm sure your loyal supporters (like me) would watch no matter what format you post in. Loving everything about this one, I would have liked to have seen your reaction when you watched the video back so you could see Sophia dancing around you, it kinda looked like you were dancing too lol keep it real guys, loving it!!

This is crazy. I grew up in the nearby area of Winchendon and we always drove by this place. Weird to think about driving past those spirits my whole life. And they were so communicative! I wonder why they are trapped though. The fact they admitted to not knowing how to do certain things (knock) is interesting too. Really cool video, I had to stop working to concentrate on what was happening, lol

This was such an OMG moment for me! I had seen Cody and Satori with Amy Bruni and Adam , can’t remember his last name but thought it was so amazing! Then saw them at The Conjuring House with Sam and Colby but it wasn’t until just now when Satori mentioned TAPS and her dad that I went” thats little Satori!!?” Lol I remember her on an episode of TAPS years ago, I think she was like 12!!! This is so cool that she and Cody can do what they do!!

Wow this was amazing probably the top video on KZfaq.. I truly believe that tap session was 100% legit awesome and the figure on the sls camera again awesome. You definitely have gifts Seth 100% the spirits are absolutely drawn to you, you need to look into your gifts I believe you are an empath and medium I am both I have tapped into my empath side but I’m a little leery about the medium side it goes back generations in my family but another amazing video you have got more and amazing evidence then long time investigators great job 👏

You honestly do what I love doing. I have been binge watching you and Josh Colby Corey Sam Elton I would love to go on one of these with you guys! My mom and I actually do our own. Have you ever heard of Prospect Manor? Been there five times now. And would totally go back. Soo much history. And those are the places worth going to.. the history of a place fascinates me as much as the paranormal!

HI Seth!! I really enjoyed this video. I do prefer 1 video, I mean, I'm ok if it is a 2 parts investigation and I'll watch them, of course, but in 1 long video I don't feel a cut in the experience of joining the trip, you know?. BTW the taps thing it is hard not trying to debunk it, mainly because those steps were clear and loud while the steps of the team can be barely heard BUT I trust that you guys try to keep it as real and honest as possible, you've been showing us that since day 1, so.. i'll go with a non-fake veredict on that XD. Thanks for another great video!

Thanks Caaro! I personally prefer the two part episodes but I'm going to just see how it goes with every episode we film. If I can fit it into one part then I will. And I totally agree with you about the tapping. It's hard not to be skeptical of it. But Josh and I will always keep it real with you guys. If we think something is BS, we're gonna call it out. This is one of those things that nobody in our group is able to debunk, even with their years of experience with the paranormal. Thanks for watching!

I’ve seen “debunking” videos claim Cody cracks bones in his feet, which doesn’t explain the steps moving away from him. I’ve also seen “debunking” videos claim the Conjuring House is rigged, but that doesn’t explain all the other locations Cody and Satori can do this. I’m not 100% convinced, but I’ve yet to see it actually be debunked.

Seth, since u are a newbie in this kind of thing always make ur self protected and also josh. Have some protective crystals with u in every investigation ull make, its better to be safe than sorry.. I just noticed that every investigation u have there's always a new crew with u 😊 first john from the conjuring house and all of the sudden joe and the conjuring house owners now marian of skl wow thats amazing 😊

Really enjoyed the video, it feels real and honest. The shadow at the end could be caused by your shutter speed, and different type of light/light bulb. I think it's called 'horizontal banding'? Sometimes it's one slow line, sometimes it's multiple lines. Keep it up!

Okay first off, screw the two people who disliked this video. This was probably the best video I've ever watched on KZfaq. I am blown away by this evidence. We investigated Miss Fannys last night and got very similar activity on our SLS. I was the "subject" reaching out and hanging out with the spirits just like you lol keep up the fantastic work, Seth!

@@sethborden haha yes it does! But I love it. I love having that connection with the spirits. At one point while I was sitting on a couch we caught two figures next to me. I actually started to feel weird and I reacted in a weird way, jumped off the couch and started yelling how I couldn't sit there anymore. I almost felt like the energy was consuming me. It's so crazy what we capture and experience.
