unpopular opinion - dating apps still act as "arranged marriages" if you find someone that you like cause it's the app that "arranged" a meeting between you two. A lot of people confuse arranged and forced marriages for some reason

So true. Think about it, the only real difference is that even if u arrange a meeting in arranged marriage situation, these days u give the couple time to get to know each other and then arrive at a decision. Whereas in a dating app, there is no apparent pressure of getting married as such but still there is a context to that meeting. Like that thing is always there at the back of your head that whether u two will end in a relationship or not

The Catholic Rosary prayer actually does refer to an arranged marriage in Biblical times. “A woman promised in marriage to a man named Joseph”

If someone is serious and a good Muslim , he will ask to get into contact with your father before anything and won't want to touch or do anything without getting married first. In modern dating you will find most guys just want to mess around without committing to anything.

Yh and she isn’t going to attract a good Muslim. Before even considering arranged marriage, she should self reflect how sinful she is as a Muslim woman and improve herself.

Arranged marriage has proven itself to be the best way of marriage .. you see all those people dating for years and finally when they get married it only lasts for a few years before they split .. yall should get off your high horse before its too late

1) Before considering arranged marriage, self reflect whether you a are pious religious person and make changes to your life 2) Muslim men know what is the correct way to court a woman for marriage so I suggest you look into how courtship in Islam works 3) I don’t know whether you are using Muslim dating apps or non Muslim ones but dating apps are not great
