Grab yourself a medium to heavy kettlebell, stick to the basics, and knock out this 300 rep burner from Onnit coach Juan Leija.

This one is not your fancy clean/snatch, kettlebell figure 8 into a rotational reverse lunge press workout, this one goes back to the basics, which will get you be able to do those more advanced moves.

1. Kettlebell Swing: 5 sets x 10 reps
2. Kettlebell Clean: 5 sets x 10/10 reps
3. Kettlebell Press: 5 sets x 10/10 reps
4. Goblet Squat: 5 sets x 10 reps
No matter how basic this one is, it always gets me right for a great session 🙏🏽💪🏽🦍

cleans and presses are 2 x 50, so its 50 + 100 + 100 + 50 = 300 ;)
