This single mom was having a hard time keeping up with the lawn. Her brother usually helps her but he has been out of town for awhile. The lawn has gotten out of control. She messaged me on our fb page and asked if I could help. The front yard wasn't in that bad of shape but the backyard was pretty overgrown. Along with the tall grass in the back there was alot of trash that needed picked up. We got it looking as good as we could.

Brian, fantastic turn around on this yard! Nicely done! Of course like many others I wonder why her 3 kids weren't told to pick up the trash! Even little kids like to help. I too raised 3 kids as a single Mom while working and going to school. I know how hard it is, but I can't understand why this lady and others can't and don't keep the trash picked up. She could have her kids help, making a game of it. You did a fantastic job ! I know that she really appreciated it. ❤ p.s. Her neighbor should have cleared out his tree mess.

Hello from Canada. I really enjoy watching these videos and all the work you do for free too your clients. I hope you encourage some Canadians to start something like this. As of yet, I’ve never seen any Canadians doing this. I hope I’m wrong and just missed them. There are so many that could use this service. My husband and I are 83 and 77 with health issues now. We can’t hardly see to our yard anymore. We have downsized and have a much smaller yard that the two of us can handle. We love our mini veggie , fruit trees and flowers but every year it gets a little tougher as you well know…lol. God bless you and thank you for helping others and always doing a good job.

Awesome transformation of this yard, as always. Helping out a single mom is a wonderful thing, but tons of trash in the yard is like a business card with the profession "messie" written on it. And a neighbours tree which fell into her own yard...so it´s his (or her) duty to clean this up. Just my 2 cents. Anyways, great job, Brian, keep it up, and see you on the next one. I was a single mom from the time my son was 6 months old. Never did I depend on someone else to mow my grass or pick up my trash. I also worked full time so there's that. I wonder where her family is when she needs them? You do a great job I just wish people wouldn't take advantage of your good nature

Another job, very well done. I have my doubts that the level of appreciation is equal to the amount of effort you put into this project. I hate to see good people being taken advantage of. You did her a great kindness with her yard. Especially cutting up that huge tree limb in the backyard. I couldn't exactly determine why you couldn't get the mower un, but you eventually did. But the funniest (odd?) thing was the invisible rake in the front yard. Great job, Brian.

Awesome transformation. I did an overhaul of my neighbor’s badly overgrown lawn today. She’s a lady who lives alone and works at an office all the time so she had no time to cut the grass and the last person she hired bailed on her. So me and my family members went in with nothing but a regular ol john deer lawn tractor, weed eater brand trimmer and an electric blower and got it done. It’s definitely satisfying to look at the night and day difference when tackling big jobs like this.

Brian, I love how many lawncarers do free work for those in need; aged, disabled, single mothers etc. You all put plenty of effort in clearing up their yards, especially the rubbish. Thank you for helping others, no matter the circumstances. I can see how a person could grow dependent on a family member to take up the slack, and when they are away it just goes crazy. I didn’t see a mower in all that stuff, but there could have been one in the storage building I guess. Anyway, you were there to help, and it cleaned up really nice. I had 2 kids and kept my home clean inside and out. My boys were well taken care of. Yes I was married but I helped do a lot of the yard work and fix up work around the house along with my husband at the time. It can be done, you just need try.

Thanks Brian. Getting the basics back in place should help with simple mowing afterwards. Having the yard able to be used is another big plus. The mysteries of the day, "There is backyard paving?" and then, "Where does it go?". Nice recovery, and prevention of takeover from an Ailanthus (Tree of Heaven) invasion in the back.

That was quite the transformation! She must be very happy. With 3 kids plus work, I can see where the yard was not on her list of things to do. The place looks PERFECT with the trees trimmed, grass cut, edging and picking up the garbage...well it's back to normal with you coming to the rescue! GOOD MAN!! 💯👍😎
