One thing I can immediately tell they’ve done better on this season is getting participants who are actually extremely open to getting to know other people. There were so many contestants from previous seasons who were dead set on someone from the beginning and it kind of defeated the purpose of being on a dating show, since they primarily went for only one person.

This season so far is FIREEE. A great twist in concept, and the cast this season is a lot more vocal and engaging than past seasons. Whoever casted them needs a raise. Dex was a bit slow in episode 1, but the next episodes he popped off.

Hye-seon is so adorable, you can't help but love her and i love how animated she is and relaxed and she doesn't take herself too seriously, positive, i just want to be her friend.

I laughed so hard at this season, the host commentary was everything. HS is my fav gal.

I loved the plot twist! And I'm definitely rooting for Hyeseon, love an intelligent, driven lady!

It’s funny because I didn’t get good first impressions from either Gwanhee or Haejeong, but I find them so fun and entertaining together now. They both sounded full of themselves at first. Gwanhee expecting people to know who he was when literally only one person out of both the panel and cast recognized him killed me. I think it was a bit producer-induced, but I didn’t enjoy how Haejeong immediately put herself above her sister’s close friend. Although I enjoy them together now, I think they’re going to be slightly territorial over each other, which will definitely cause drama throughout the show.

This season started the best out of the other two and Gwan Hee and Ha jeong chemistry and back and forth is a big big pull but I need to see more to say it is better especially since last season when Dex came in the season reached an unreal level in terms of drama, anticipation, excitement, iconic moments and story which I feel will be near impossible to top. Also agree that adding Dex to the panel was a master stroke he added his own things and I think his chemistry with the other panellists is great he make me like them even more

I’m glad they changed it up! My fav I have to say is the girl with the short hair! She seems more genuine than the rest of the girls! I know he’s a bad boy but I like Gwanhee! Also I need to see more Hanbin! Can’t wait for the rest of the episodes! I hate that we have to wait! 😩

Hajeong is my favourite personality wise. She’s definitely very entertaining to watch and is cute.

I don’t get the hate for Gwan Hee and Haejeong like they are soo interesting to watch and dammm Girl I would say she is drop dead gorgeous with dat foxy looks of her (her looks kinda reminds me of Gidle suhua). This season started with a bang and definitely Gwanhee and Haejeong stole the attention!!!! Looking forward to it. Like it’s a show so ofc as a viewer I found them really attractive and interesting to watch.

I agree with you, Anna! As of now, I think Minkyu is my fave guy because he seems shy & sweet (yet has that buff bod 🔥) As for girls, don't have a fave as yet. Maybe Hyeseon for now 😋

I just love hyeseon and ha bin I hope they meet eachother and pair up I just feel they're more genuine while other girls are literally a cheeky and also has lot of attitude

This season might be the best in terms of entertainment honestly.

Soon as I saw gwanhee enter I was already on his team “the speech he did later on about how confident he was cooled me down but whatsoever “ he’s the best so far, the most entertaining ✨ I just hope he’ll not break too many hearts 😅✨

The plot twist of 2 infernos was too good lol I'm already addicted. Personally I don't get the hype around Gwanhee (he's not that conventionally attractive, especially with that haircut, and like you said he's a bit of a red flag at times).

Gyu ri was so boring during her date with the coast guard. I feel like she has been able to get through past relationships and life in general by her looks and didn't need to develop an interesting personality perhaps?

I'm really enjoying the way they have switched up the show. Also, and this may just be rank sexism, I find the more umm... attainable attractiveness level of the cast makes them more relatable too.

I am not a fan of Gwanhee, he's the type of guy that would make me feel extremely annoyed in real life lol. I actually do think he's kinda nervous, a lot of the times he doesn't really know what to say and he avoids eye contact a lot which to me are some signs that he's not as confident as he pretends to be. I also don't really find him attractive and his comments seem douchey. Dex had a lot of charisma in S2, way more than this guy. I'm happy they brought him back. And Ha-jeong will definitely create drama but tbh, that look she gives other guys is ridiculous lol. I kinda find her smile creepy ngl.

I agree he was doing the reverse psychology thing about her age! But, I also think he's projecting a bit too. He was weird when he found out the first girl was so young too and I think he'd prefer someone a bit older, closer to his age. Just a guess.

This season is giving the "playboy playgirl vibes" the happenings for the first 3 episodes seems like final episodes from the previous season. Not liking the basketball player, the office girl Edit: okay, i'm wrong about Ha Jeong I kind of like her after showing this basketball player how rude he came off.

My fav out of the girls has to be Hye-seon, i just love the vibes. But Si-eun is such a cutie, im rooting for her! Out of the guys however, I'm super stuck between Min-kyu (my type) and Jin-seok. And omg, Jin-seok seems so unreal to me, like this guy is so charming. Based on his looks you would never guess that he loves baking, and that was soooo attractive to me. I'm pretty curious about Ha-bin. I may be delulu but he reminds me so much of the male lead in Hometown Cha Cha Cha (its his smile). This season is gonna be so good, i can already tell.

I'm not into Gwan-hee at all. Totally turned off by his attitude. Even though he didn't get much air time, Ha-bin is my favorite along with Jim-seok ( he's the strong silent type). Min-kyu also seems sweet. As for the girls...Hye-seon stands out for me and Si-eun (very cute).

I love how this seasen's cast is a lot more outspoken, more communicative, especially the girls. And the addition of Dex to the panel, he was my favourite character yet, and he looks like youg Song Ilgook... Is it just me?? His smile, even his voice is so similar, and his not just the face..

Why am I getting the hearts for Gwan hee? God help me🤦🏾‍♀️. Hyeseon was my fav if I was a guy I'd totally be chasing her around that island. I'm also quite into Jinseok something about his date with the girl with the Minyoung. I like broody boys with cute interiors. I like Wonsik he looks like a webtoon character he gives very introverted but cute and kind like the dudes in those Cathy Cassidy books yeah thats my sh1t.

More competition this year because all of the girls are “it” girls whereas before Seulki and Gia stood out from day one.

Loved your review!! Please continue. One of my good friends and I are devoted Singles Inferno watchers. We are American and sometimes are confused by what we see, and it's nice to have a Korean perspective on the norms and culture. I agree with you on the sets and food. What's with that?!! The scene in the bathtub was just cringey for me. It's a really romantic and intimate setting, but unfortunately with two people who didn't know each other yet, and it just came off as soooo awkward. I felt sorry for them. My favorite girl so far is Hye-seon, but I also like Min-young as she seems to have a great personality, and that helicopter scene just cracked me up with her falling asleep. My favorite guy so far is Min-kyu as he seems to have such a nice personality, but I think Ha-bin is the best looking, so handsome, and I hope he gets more air-time so we can find out more about him.

I have never wanted to watch this show until this video. Now I have to watch season one and two just to get to season three it sounds interesting.

I thought the same thing about Won-ik, he reminded me of V from BTS! My favorite so far, probably Min-woo for the guys as I tend to root for the sweet underdog who doesn’t necessarily get the girl right off the bat (like Jong-woo from season 2). For the girls, not sure. Probably Hye-seon as she seems most natural. I don’t like girls who act or look fake (too much plastic surgery or hair extensions), and I think Hye-seon is just naturally smart and lovely, but I think she’ll be entertaining as well.

This season is much much more interesting than first two 🔥🔥 Haejong and Gwanhee are the players for sure😂😂. At first Gwanhee looked stupid to me even panel thought that but then he turned out to be player. For me the most funny parts were ofcourse Haejong and Gwanhee conversation and also Haejong and Sieun subtle fight for getting Minhyuk's attention.😂 Rn girls are more fun to watch compared to boys and hope new girl turns out like Dex too

I don't think gyuri was giving cold vibes on purpose though, imo she's a introvert she spent a day there so she's much more comfortable because she knows her surroundings now. I'm saying this because I'm introvert too I can get that vibe from her like waves. Speaking of favorites, I like hyeyeon she's very smily and good looking. she gives off very positive vibe

I think Guyri is a Scorpio= conservative & remote in the beginning. She opened up on episode 2. I like the Coast Guard as the best contestant =accomplishments, kind, sincere. I think the office employee is a seasoned and experienced female manipulator and host Dex picked up her dropping her chin as her “tell” in flirting and manipulating. I think the Pilates instructor and owner of the 3 bakeries are the most sincere and hope they leave the season as a couple.

Hye-son & Ha-jeong are my faves. For the guys, Jin-seok, Min-kyu and Min-woo. Dex is a good addition to the panel, and I like how they changed things up a bit, but with all that going for it this season feels more scripted.

Haha i liking they split to weekly 3 episodes than 2 straight away give us whole season 2 binge I hope the next physical 100 season will do this way 2 keep up the interest going hehe

It was hilarious to see Dex being MC and talking like he is an expert!😂Honestly he had no dating experience before Singes Inferno2 but because of that he got lucky and it turned out well for him😂 To me Gyurin and that Eye girl are def gonna be like real evil mother-in-laws in Korean drama when they get older!😆 Hyeson is ok but her reaction sometimes too much and too animated! So far I like that girl who looks like Wonyoung. At first I thought she is a bit cringe but the more I see, she is so polite and understanding.

I really enjoy watching gwanhee and hajeong😂, but my fav is minwoo and hajeong. I just want them to get more moments. I think that will be nice to see them together
