Here's a video of double bass endurance.
My main concern here was to identify what muscles tense/crank up during long runs. So, I just sat there and started doing single strokes for as much time I could handle. No tempo, no metronome, just focusing on endurance, power and control to play relaxed for longer periods of time.
I could definitely tell there's so many muscles working that I did almost loose complete control at certain moments when trying to keep them steady, which encourages me to be aware of my weaker muscles. Still not my end goal and will always continue to push for even longer periods to keep improving.
