Our prayer for everyone who comes across this video is that you would discover and embrace the VALUE in your singleness… may God be your strength and may you fall in love with the pursuit of Him & who He has created you to be. Matthew 6:33 - seek first the kingdom and His righteousness and ALL things will be added unto you… May you seek Him first and everything that is FOR you come to you as a result. IJN 🙏🏼💚

The part where Isaiah was saying don’t destroy friendships because you want to end your single season and where he said he won’t waste someone time or hurt them shows God’s love is in him. This is exactly what I needed. Listening to it on repeat, so much wisdom. ❤

Being a widow of going in 3 years at the age of 29 it definitely gets difficult especially when I don’t have the same community of single Christians to help me on those struggle days and nights. Please pray for me in my wiery times🙏🏽 I’m waiting on God to restore me but knowing this single season I’m all his for the growth of my next season

Valentine's Day was a struggle for me. I've held on so many emotions and it all hit me with a tons of bricks. This video helps, but I need God's presence to keep me focus on his plans. If I have to wait, I need God to remove this desire and let me be patient and content while I'm single. I'm not into the dating streets. I want to meet the Kingdom Husband that God has for me.

This really blessed me and gave me a new perspective on wholeness in singleness. Whole does not equal perfect, it is a posture of reliance or complete trust in God for our shortcomings. In this context wholeness is our life's journey: to be more and more like Jesus. What an encouragment!

When you mentioned “He restores the years the locusts have taken” I broke down. God had given me that verse last year when I had been feeling like I had so much taken away from me and I had wasted time on the wrong things. I’ve been struggling with singleness since my boyfriend and I broke up a month ago and it’s been really hard trusting God for when the next guy comes along. I truly could use prayer about where God wants my attention right now and that He gives me a new purpose in this season

I’ve learned so much in my singleness. My favorite part is drawing near to God in solitude. I asked him so many questions during this season. He always answers. The answers become clearer. Reminder: A purpose partner is the goal. Reminder: Many singles are not alone in their feelings. It’s very common. Reminder: God never goes back on his promises. Reminder: Delay is not denial. Reminder: Every one’s journey is different so never compare Reminder: You are loved no matter what Reminder: You don’t have to be whole meaning perfect to be married.

Lots of people die unmarried. Lots of prayers are never answered in the affirmative. So yes, God DOES deny. He doesn't just delay. God says No and denies people what they ask Him for ALL THE TIME.

How lovely it is to hear such beautiful Godly people speak. Praise the LORD. As I'm listening to this discussion I began to imagine a game of dodgeball or basketball where people stand and choose from a crowd one by one to join their team. Those waiting to get picked are instantly relieved to have been chosen. Those still standing are beginning to feel the fear and shame of not being chosen. They begin to look at themselves negatively and believing that they lack the attributes needed to be chosen. We can forget about being joyfully chosen. And alas, the teams are made and you and one another person are standing there to walk away. That whole experience was so focused on SELF. Now imagine the same scenario but this time Jesus is standing and he's welcoming anyone who wants to join HIS team. On HIS team you are exactly what HE wants. Jesus has given you an exit. He's giving hope, purpose and joy. And instead of sulking and feeling upset like that young girl mentioned wedding dress shopping with her sister. I'm 33 I had two opportunities to get married. Neither were the team I would have been able to grow and last in. I believe every single woman needs to go and try on that wedding dress. Try it on. Look at yourself and admire the beauty that God created. Then after you're done trying on all the dresses you've always wanted to try, you go on with your day. It's a built up expectation in every woman's head and it's time we just see it for what it is, a dress. And when the time comes that dress will have a purpose. But for now just enjoy the dress. I realize that I may be single for another year, 5 years, or until I die. In the mean time I'm hanging out with Jesus. And another piece of advice. Those full body pregnancy pillows, not only are they great for supporting your back and knees, they also make a great cuddle pillow. Lol 😂

Singleness has been very hard. I come from a culture and maybe doctrine which relates singleness to non-deliverance from shackles, curses and all that. Like I love God so much and I know according to 2 Cor 5:17 that as I came to Christ, I am a new creation.. All things passed and behold all thing are new... But even the church treats us as if we are still bound. You have people approaching you always to tell you that they are praying for you to be married. Don't get me wrong, they mean well and may not be anything wrong with that, but it's almost as if you have become your church's sorry case. So thank you for this podcast, it soothed my heart.

I truly remember praying for God to take away the desire for marriage since I was over forty and single and in an area with no visible prospects. But in order to shut down that desire, I literally had to shut down all my desires. It became, fine, I don't need a home. No, I don't need this and that. Whatever God wants to do, He will do, so it didn't matter what I wanted or desire. But God truly stepped in and reminded me of how much He cared and that He cared about what I desired. Even if He didn't grant it, He still cares about it.

Isaiah just gave me language 🙌👋 When it comes to different gender friendships in church. Can you guys talk about it in depth? From my experience anytime I have tried to be friends with brothers in Christ in church for some reason they feel the need to 'guard their hearts' which begs the question, are they incapable of relating with the opposite gender as purely sisters in Christ?

Being single gives us the full freedom to get right with GOD, to build into existence once lost relationship, between GOD and creation, between PARENT and child. 1 Corinthians Chapter 7 KJV 32 But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: 33 But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife. 34 There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit: but she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband. 35 And this I speak for your own profit; not that I may cast a snare upon you, but for that which is comely, and that ye may attend upon the Lord without distraction. this world presents love as lust, and if you`re not always touched, then you are not loved = lies and fear propaganda. All of it because the MK ULTRA PROJECTS from masons. John 15:13 KJV Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. And being ALONE (not on your own) does bring forth sober mind. What I have witness in my short life so far is, souls get together for money and because they are bored and the 3th reason is, the pressure of peers and older generations. “People around me repeated daily, get married and have children and move out, so I did. Am I happily living after? NO, i`m bitter, angry, sad, broken, in fear, heavy leaden, in darkness, always in somewhat contests with people around me, who has something better, something more and so on…, I succumbed to the fear of the opinions about my life of others, thats the hurtful truth.” We start feeling lonely, because we are on our own, lonely comes not from BEING ALONE. We all suffer of something and as we like “diagnoses” then lets diagnose ourselves: too often in the company of people, leading us to fear ALONE TIME, which each soul needeth. The cure for all of our problems are: ALONE TIME AND BIBLE. KJV Bible says; Matthew 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? Luke 12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on. Matthew 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

So the people giving advise on singleness are actually not single . How ironic
@Angeloflight7
@Angeloflight7 10 ай бұрын
Im sorry but i dont agree with this narrative that those who are single are focused on the Lord, whereas those who are married are focused on worldy things. That makes no sense because with this logic, one could argue then that marriage is not Godly but worldly and we all know thats not true. I believe a Godly marriage focuses on Godly things because ultimately, its a representation of Jesus and his bride, so how is that worldly? Further, as a single, we also worry about bills and making ends meet etc and are those not seen as worldly things by the same argument put forth? so again, this argument makes absolutely no sense. From what God has been teaching me about a Godly marriage, is that everything in that marriage is meant to glorify him. So again i dont think i subscribe to that argument and way of reasoning
