You can’t change how others treat you. Just how you answer. And the way you answer says something about you. Politeness is not a strategy. It’s something sincere and authentic. But what about good manners? They can be learnt.

She’s been part of the Digi24 team since 2011, where she conducts a unique project: The Bonton show.
