I watch this clip today, but I watched and admired Sinisa Mihajlovic since 1991 final against Marseille. Along with Juninho the best free-kick taker of all times! RIP, the legend and the best Serbian player of all times!

Malo je rijeci da opisu kolika si ljudina i kakva igracina. Svaki tvoj gol cinio je djetinjstvo srecnijim. Igra Lacio , jedva cekam slobodnjak a onda Sinisa i buuumm. Pure truth! My opinion: Mihajlovič and Juninho = best ever. Even my most beloved player is Zola, I would put him behind them and David Beckham. I cannot decide whether Mihajlovič or Juninho was better.

@@Boidmaster25 For me it is easy. When you score close to 100 career goals from FKs alone, you are the greatest ever. So for me that puts Juninho at no. 1 and Sinisa at 2. Others can come after that. But those 2 have to be on every football purists number 1 and 2

@@flauto1976 Agree. I love Zola but... Sinisa and Juninho are the most versatile FK takers ever. Angle, distance, side - unimportant for them. Pirlo was great. Same as others - Zidane, Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Beckham.

Tuga pregolema, napusti nas mlad covek.. Mudonja i lav na terenu, borac za reprezentaciju bez kompromisa. Svi ovi golmani su se krstili kad je on trebao da puca slobodnjak posto su znali da ce bili gol. Inspiracija. Pratio sam Lazio kao lud kad sam bio klinac da gledam Mihu i Dekija. Fudbal pratim od Osamdesetih i mogu reči da boljeg izvodjača nisam nikad video jesu nešto uspoređivali Karlosa koji realno nemože ni da se približi Mihajloviču. Jednostavno miha je bio čudo za slobodnjake kakav felš kojom brzinom propada lopta gledaš sa preko 30 a golman ni da se pomeri a najbolji su oni lopta u golu a golman se baca.

Of course Miha is the greatest, but so many have forgotten (or too young to remeber) that his “fatality” weren’t just direct free-kick goals. His corner-kicks and non-direct free-kicks were deadly as well. So many of them were assists or ended up with (auto)goals. With him in the squad you felt that you could beat just any team on this planet.
