Method:
Make custard - in 3 tbs cold milk dilute 1 tbs custard. We need to cook it
We are making a healthy version of pudding.
Now in a pan, take 1 cup milk and add 1 tbs sugar - go easy on sugar as mangoes are sweet too
you may also add vanilla essence if you want
Once milk gets warm, add diluted custard powder.
Keep stirring so that custard powder doesn’t get stuck at the bottom
Custard will get thickened in 5-7 minutes so shift it to another bowl; as it cools down it will further get thick
Whenever you put custard to cool down in fridge, always cover it with cling film so that you don’t get a thick layer on custard which in turn would create lumps in your dessert
Custard is ready
Keep plain digestive biscuit crushed ready
and Keep mango pulp ready; it should be mango coarsely grinded so that you get puree as well as mango pieces
Make layers of a biscuit crust, custard and mango pulp.
Like this 2 x 3 = 6 layers
on top place some more custard, mango pieces, pistachio and mint leaves
Keep this mango custard dessert in the fridge to set, and your dessert is ready
