I was scared that it will explode if it didn't auto cut-off Recently I just didn't unplugg it I found that the upper side gets hot while the down side doesn't get that much hot . What I do is when it cuts off I just shake it a bit than it becomes and ideal temperature for me 😃

It is not necessary to heat it up 7 to 8 minutes, it depends upon the weather conditions, if your pillow is heating up quickly then just plug it out, don't wait for it to boil or puffing up, just unplug it as soon as it gets heated. And keep an eye over it while it is heating. Please feel free to ask if you any other doubts.

It should take 2 minutes to heat up, depending upon weather, if weather is cold then it might take a couple of minutes more. But you can keep an eye on it to check if it is heated. In normal conditions it juat take less then 2 minutes. And it can store heat upto 4 hours. Please don't leave it unattended. Thanks

Just plug it into to outlet and unplug after 1 minute. But make sure to keep an eye on it heating sometimes it gets heated in seconds. Don't leave it unattended while heating. If you see it puffing while heating, unplug it immediately.

No buddy, it's not normal at all. If any electronic appliance is producing any kind of sparking while plugging in, then we can definitely consider it as a faulty product and can replace it with in the time. I have used multiple warm gel pillows none of them were producing any kind of sparks. And you just can not consider that sparking is being produced by the ions. The safest option is to just simply replace the product that is why I suggested him to just replace it. Anyway thanks for your suggestion. ✌️ Peace..
