Ingredients:
For Chena balls
*Milk (cow)- 1 litre
*Vinegar -3 tbsp
*Refined flour - 1 tbsp
For rabdi :
*Milk (cow )- 1/2 litre
*Dry nuts (chopped)- 2 tbsp (optional)
*Sugar - 3 tbsp
*Saffron (kesar )- 1 pinch (optional)
*Food colour -1 pinch (optional)
For sugar syrup:
*Sugar - 1 cup
*Water - 4 cups
