Saw these guys Wensday night on the beach in Virginia beach . The night was 84 degrees low humidity ,light west wind Partly cloudy and these guys were great ! a perfect night !!!!!!

I love this song! This Came out when I was in 7th grade, and I would get hyped every time it came on the radio. I used to sing along at the top of my lungs! LOL! Yes, Blacks & Latinos like Sister Hazel too. LOL!

@@MikaelAngella I just saw it 3 days ago, and no I have no idea why it’s “obvious” that you would say “Blacks & Latinos like Sister Hazel too” unless you mean to imply that the quality of music is judged based on race. I don’t see it that way and neither do most people I know. Good music is good music no matter who makes it. But to each his own.

@@GunninRebel55 as I said before, this comment was posted 6 years ago, so you could have scrolled on by if you disagreed. I actually forgot about this whole thing, so yeah.... Anyway, the generation I grew up with used to get picked on for liking things that weren't "Urban", therefore my comment was valid. If you never had to experience that, lucky you. But it doesn't mean my experience or my comment was invalid. As you see, I got more than 10 likes, which could mean others have gone through it too.... Hell, I'm pushing 40, and I still get picked on by my peers for my vast musical taste.

@@MikaelAngella If you’re judging what’s right and what’s wrong by the amount of likes the comment gets you’re gonna have a seriously warped understanding of right & wrong. The most negative comments usually get the most likes. And you keep saying this was 6 years ago. Does that change the context or meaning of the words? Lastly, every generation will have ignorant people who try to put things in a box by race. I just don’t agree with it. Not saying you’re one of those people either I just think a comment like that kinda feeds into it. No disrespect.

This song was written and performed by Sister Hazel. It is true, however, that Ken Block has a remarkably similar vocal quality to that of John Popper. I don't think it is a coincidence that he creates songs that have that same feel to them. Musicians have to make their money where they can. I don't blame them for capitalizing on the likeness.
