One of the best Muaythai gyms you could ever train at, in Thailand and around the world.
Sitjaopho Muaythai Gym is in the lovely seaside town of Hua Hin, Thailand. We make regular visits to train at Sitjaopho, usually for 2 to 4 weeks each time. Kru F, the head trainer of the gym, is known to have one of the most beautifully technical Muaythai styles ever.
Two sessions per day, Mon to Sat. Sundays are rest days.
Morning session: 8am
Afternoon session: 4pm
Do your runs on your own before class.

Would you happen to know where Kru O teaches in Sweden? love the content this has inspired me to go to Hua Hin this summer!

Hi! We've most often heard that Kru O training people at Odenplan Fightgym (odenplanfightgym.com) in Stockholm, Sweden. Am not sure if he just does PTs or if he trains the group classes, though. How much was it for a month? And are the Sitjaopho brothers there daily?

Hello! When we went in 2022, it was 7,000 baht for 1 session per day for a month and 10,000 baht for 2 sessions per day for a month. Only Kru F watches over Sitjaopho as his brother Kru O lives in Europe (but visits from time to time). Kru F is always there! Such a great individual!
