The reason why BSNL has more coverage is because of their landline telephones. They had towers already built for landline in all areas and just had to fix mobile network antenna. This was big plus to bsnl unlike other private n/w like Airtel and Aircel who had to invest more in getting land and building towers everywhere. If you still see BSNL might have biggest tower in some areas compared to others.

So happy to see you guys talking about pager which I have seen only in Hollywood movies 😅😅
